Meet the Founder/Coach
Hello hello, my friend!
I’m Jeminah, and I am here to help you bridge the gap between high-performance results and psychological resilience. My 20-year career has involved many transitions, from scaling Fortune 500 regions and high-growth VC startups to running brick-and-mortar businesses, completing degrees in Communications and Psychology, and deeply immersing myself in mindfulness practices.
As the language of leadership shifts toward human-centric systems, I believe success is no longer about working harder, but about leading from a regulated, centered state. If you deliver the KPIs but find yourself or your team hitting a "nervous system ceiling," it is time for a human operating system reset. The Centered Boss method is the culmination of my expertise in GTM strategy, systems thinking, and applied psychology—designed for those who refuse to choose between their career and their calm.
Commercial Scale: I have scaled global teams from 5-40, growing from IC to front-line management, and most recently to GM-level leadership. I know first-hand the awkward transitions of managing peers, the weight of hard decisions, and the balancing act of empowering leaders of leaders.
Academic Depth: I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology at Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication at Royal Roads University, which have both served me immensely in my GTM roles and leadership development.
Holistic Foundation: I became a 200-hour RYT Yoga Teacher in 2017 to sustain my health during constant business travel and completed my ICF Certified Coach training in 2020 to integrate holistic life tools with concrete business frameworks.
Strategic Leadership: From managing hotel teams to leading GTM strategies for global marketplaces and SaaS ecosystems, I have navigated the transition from SMB to SaaS, Fortune 500 to start-up, peer to manager, and manager to executive.
Through this journey, I’ve learned that the biggest performance challenges are almost always linked to a depleted nervous system or a misaligned mindset, which manifests as a skill gap. Honoring that reality as a leader means constantly upgrading our own tools for development while sharpening the skills that support our teams.
I have a big vision for the future of leadership, and in many ways, this is just the beginning. If you are feeling depleted with work, I invite you to tend to your nervous system and start leading from your center.
