1:1 Support

This program provides a dedicated partnership with the "three legs of the stool" concept: the right system, the right support, and the right accountability. You will have an "accountability partner" to encourage you when you feel stuck, holding you to the highest version of yourself. Together, we identify the specific activities and people that fuel your energy versus those that deplete it, ensuring you are at the top of your priority list. This 1:1 environment creates a "sacred appointment" where we course-correct in real-time, addressing your unique challenges with compassion and curiosity so you can follow through in a way you never have before.

The Centered Boss program is a systematic journey designed to move you from the "survival mode" of burnout to a centered, grounded state of clarity for your life and leadership. We begin by setting the conditions for inevitable success, identifying the actions that fuel your creativity and confidence, and finding tools that master the autonomic nervous system to activate a parasympathetic state of calm for you in under 5 minutes. Finally, we turn these healthy behaviors into a permanent leadership practice, for self-governance or corporate leadership style. By the end of 12 weeks, you will emerge with personalized rituals, clarity, and a refreshed narrative, fully equipped to lead with a presence that is felt before you speak.

    Grounded in Adlerian Psychology, individuals are seen as a unified whole operating within a social system. This evidence-based, holistic approach focuses on the "private logic" and social narratives that drive an individual’s behavior.

  • Habit Change Coaching

    Using a "three legs of a stool" framework, we discover the right system, support, and accountability for you to thrive. By focusing on pleasurable, "minimum follow-through" and micro-triumphs rather than deprivation, we move you away from "survival mode" and into a state of total transformation where high-energy behaviors simply become "what you do".

  • Research shows that habits are developed by repeating a single specific action, in consistent context for a period of minimum 10 weeks. Individuals are often aware of what they need to do to reach their wellness goals, but lack the support, system and accountability that consistent time frame to turn the advice they’ve received from a medical professional or desired action into a habit. Working together for 12 weeks on a specific, consistent goal ensures the habit is formed and results are achieved. For more information view this study as just one example.

  • Coaching is a professional relationship between a coach and a client aimed at promoting personal or professional growth and development. The coach acts as a guide, facilitator, and accountability partner, helping the client identify goals, develop strategies, and make progress towards achieving those goals. Coaching is based on the premise that the client has the inner resources and potential to achieve their desired outcomes, and the coach's role is to help them access and utilize those resources effectively. It is a results-oriented process that helps clients make positive and sustainable changes in their lives.

  • All programs are designed to be held online in PST time zone. In-person sessions are available on the Sunshine Coast, BC, Canada.

  • All programs are tailored to your interests. An example program is as follows:

    • 12 one-hour one-on-one coaching sessions

    • 1 live online yoga class with personalized at-home yoga sequence

    • Wellness and development homework tasks and assignments

    • System development, support and accountability to achieve leadership & wellness goals

  • Sessions must be cancelled and rebooked outside of 48 hours to the original time. If cancelled or moved within 48 hours, the session will be deducted from the 12 coaching sessions.

    For group or team workshops, a 50% no show or inconvenience fee will apply and the session will be rebooked to the next available date.
